Of variety 90% arbequina and 10% green grown in the Borges Blanques (natural space of the Gemini) and Castelldans. They are collected with boxes of 12 kg, between October 6 until the end of October, with a yield of 8-9% and quickly crushed in cold extraction.
In the nose, a green fruity of tomato leaf, green pepper, artichoke, almond, green leaf and banana pepper are colored.
On the palate, a green leafy fruity is found, quite bitter and spicy, slightly sweet, astringent and highlights in the mouth, tomato paste, green pepper, artichoke, almond, green and banana peel.
